PRICE

How much will it cost?

 

To obtain a price estimate, we recommend emailing us at info@handymaintenanceco.com.au with details of the job required (including photos, where possible) and we will get back to you asap.

 

For larger or more complex jobs, we also offer a no obligation, free, in-person quoting service. 

 

Contracts for commercial, real-estate agencies and other ongoing services can be arranged at negotiated rates and packages. We offer a range of packages and pricing structures that can be tailored to your needs.

 Variations 

​

As is the nature of our work, while every care is taken to ensure the most accurate price possible, there are situations where adjustments to the scope of works may be required to address unforeseen circumstances. 

​

If these extra costs could not have been foreseen with reasonable skill and experience at the time the quote was made, we will contact you before continuing with the work. Should you wish to proceed, a revised quote will be issued which will supersede the previous work commitment outlined in the previous quote provided.

Payment terms
 

  • Immediate upon completion of work 

  • Direct Debit / Bank Transfer preferred

  • Contractual work - payment terms as negotiated

 

Deposit requirements 

 

The following deposits are required for materials:

 

  • Materials less than $250  =  No deposit required

  • Materials greater than $250 but less than $1000  =  50% materials deposit required

  • Materials greater than $1000  =  100% materials deposit required

 

If the job is cancelled by the client AFTER materials have been ordered, the client is liable for costs associated with returns, restocking fees and any other costs incurred by Handy Maintenance Co. to return goods. These costs will be deducted from the deposit with the balance and a full cost breakdown returned to the client.
